There is much to be said for having an early start, both literally and figuratively. Not a natural crack-of-dawn person especially in the winter months, it is very rewarding to find that you have accomplished so much and it is barely 11am.
Seize the moment: Use the early quiet hours to reflect and plan your day, exercise, or be at your clinic ready for those morning appointments.
